KRAAL, Stientje
Kraal, Mrs. Stientje late of Abbotsford passed away on May 12, 2009 at the age of 90 at Menno Home. She is survived by her children: John (Donna), Ria Harris, George (Rita), Dave, Annie (Chester) Doerksen, Jack (Ruth), grandchildren: Charlene, Darcy, Steve, Lori-Ann, Rod, Kelly, Gina, Craig, Trevor, Kristen, Kaitlin, Shannon, Natasha and Riley, as well as 18 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband of 64 1/2 years in February 2009 and an infant daughter Christine in 1963 & daughter-in-law Valene. Mom enjoyed crocheting, knitting, cross stitch, and gardening. She had a real green thumb for growing African violets and tended to them daily. In her later years she would always be seen with her word search puzzle books. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday May 19, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Trinity Christian Reformed Church at 3215 Trethewey Street with Pastor Bert Slofstra officiating. Internment was held at Hazelwood cemetery. Donations may be made to Gateway Christian Reformed Church.
