ANDRUK, Stanley Jack

Stanley Jack Andruk passed away May 17, 2009 with his family by his side in Yarrow, BC. A Celebration of Life will be held May 29, 2009, 1:00pm at Sweet Dreams Retreat, 32288 King Rd, Abbotsford, BC. Stan was born June 20, 1933 to Metro and Elsie Andruk in Kipling, Sask. Stan graduated from Kipling High school as Valedictorian, went on to University and later became a Carpenter. He moved to British Columbia in 1956 and made Abbotsford his home. Stan enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening and watching his beloved Toronto Blue-Jays and Vancouver Canucks. Stan is survived by his sister, Lori Andruk; daughters, Linda Olson (Bryne) and Gail King (Ian); sons, Darrell Andruk (Kim) and Neil Andruk (Wendy) as well as 11 grandchildren (Sheri, Glenda, Sergei, Darren, James, Curtis, Vanessa, Shaylee, Mark, Vinny and Janelle) and 4 great-grandchildren (Dezeray, Jordan, Izabella and Sydney). Foster daughter, Charlotte (Ron). He was predeceased by his parents, Metro and Elsie Andruk and his sister Beverley Czeto.

Who fills the room with joy.

Stan's infectious smile filled a room with joy and will be sorely missed by all. Donations may be made to The Canadian Red Cross. Interment will be held in Kipling, Saskatchewan later this year.
