HOLLOWAY, Shirley Elizabeth
July 14, 1924 - March 11, 2010
Mom passed away peacefully at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital (ARH) after a brief illness. Shirley was predeceased in 1997 by Roy, her husband of 54 years. She is survived by her daughter Roberta (Ron) Bazan; son Gordon (Robbie) Holloway; and her five grandsons, Todd (Fran and her daughter (Natasji), Ronnie (and daughter Ashley), Gary, Joel, and Tim. The family would like to thank Dr. Ken Dueck and the caring staff on Baker 2 at the ARH, along with the wonderful staff at Hallmark on the Lake, who assisted the family in caring for Mom of late. A private family service will be held and Mom will be buried with Dad at Oceanview Burial Park in Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mom can be made to the new Abbotsford Canuck Place Children's Hospice online or c/o Canuck Place Foundation, 1367 Broadway West, Vancouver, BC, V6H 4A7.
