Sheilla Kaastra passed away into the loving arms of her heavenly Father on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at Menno Hospital, in Abbotsford. She is survived by her daughters; Linda and Audrey, son; Peter, and six grandchildren; Allan, Shelah, Jeremy, Jeanelle, James, and Leonhard. There will be a viewing at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford at 12:00 pm on March 19, 2009, with a funeral to follow at 1:00 pm.
A special thanks to all of you who visited with our mother over the many years of her illness. Your visits lifted her spirits and helped her to cope. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Menno Home and Menno Hospital for the excellent care she received during her last years there. We truly appreciate your continuous efforts to keep her as comfortable as possible.
