Sadie is predeceased by her husband Stan and survived by her daughters Susan Hodges and Mareen Berlin (Robert); grandchildren Sean and Michael Richardson, Shannon, Stanley and Shanti Berlin and ten great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Sadie's life will be held on Monday, February 11, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. in the Emmanuel Mennonite Church, 3471 Clearbrook Rd., Abbotsford, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
