BORLEY
Ruth Margaret (Lorette, Hansen)
February 3, 1927 ~ October 25, 2015
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Ruth at the age of 88 years after a lengthy illness. She was predeceased by the love of her life, Ken Borley in 1985. She is survived by her four children: Lynn (Dave), Brian (Mary Lynn), Carol (Robert), and Sheila (Ken); ten grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren. She is further survived by three step children: Stanley, Stuart and Sharon and their families. She has also left behind five brothers and one sister to mourn her along with several nieces and nephews. Mom was a very fun loving person who loved to be the center of attention. She loved joking around, dressing in costume and lunch with a bunch. Even though she was legally blind she especially loved her bowling twice a week. She loved to beat the men.
At Mom's request there will be no service. As she wished, her ashes will be scattered around Fort Steele at a later date. In lieu of flowers those wishing to do so may make a donation in Mom's memory to CNIB or The Heart Fund.
