My 16, 1929 - June 6, 2004
In the early morning light of June 6, 2004, Roy Craven quietly passed away at the age of 75. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends around the world and in this community. His loving wife of 48 years, Madelyn and their children and families Carolyn & Terry, Meagan & Mark Freeman of Medicine Hat, Joanne & Paige Craven of Abbotsford and Bruce & Karen, Sarah, Max and Hannah Craven of Saskatoon mourn his passing. Roy is also survived by his sister, Ruth (Jim) and her family.
Since moving to Abbotsford to teach in 1953, Roy was very involved in this city, through the Church, several service and community clubs and
committees, and the school district.
Those who wish to pay tribute to him and to celebrate his life are invited to attend a memorial service at Trinity Memorial United Church (33737 Hazel St., Abbotsford, B.C., 604-853-2591) on Friday, June 10, 2004 at 1:30 p.m.
