BASSANI, Romo
Romo Bassani, a long time resident of Matsqui, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital at age 89 years. He is predeceased by his parents, brothers - Reg, John, Frank, & Raymond, and sister, Connie. Romo will be remembered by his loving family - sisters, Mary, & Doreen, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Romo was a dairy farmer for 45 years on Matsqui Prairie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am. Wednesday, October 6, 2010 from St. Ann's Catholic Church, 33333 Mayfair Avenue, Abbotsford. Burial to follow at Hazelwood Cemetery.
