Rene Tate passed away peacefully after a brief and courageous battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her brother John. She will be deeply missed by her sister Olga of Alberta and brother Bill (Nelda) of Surrey, Linda (Ernie) of Prince George, Rob (Leslie) of Abbotsford and Allan (Johanne) of New Brunswick; thirteen grandchildren; and one great grandchild, as well as many foster children, nieces, nephews and friends. A celebration of Rene's life will be held on Friday, April 23, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. Wellspring Christian Fellowship, 32027 Peardonville Road, Abbotsford, B.C.
