Ray was born in Victoria, BC. He passed away peacefully at Maplewood House, Abbotsford BC. Ray struggled bravely with the battle against Alzheimer's for the past 6 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Margaret. He also leaves behind his three children, Brian (Bernice), Sharon, Lori; his grandchildren Brody (Hyne-Ju), Jesse, Tyler and Cassie and Colton; his great-grandchildren Jacob and Marc.
Ray is also survived by four sisters, Muriel, Faye, Shirley and Jeannie, many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Tea will be held on April 13, 2010 at 1:00 pm at the Aldergrove Legion Hall at 26607 Fraser Highway, Aldergrove. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Maplewood House, in Abbotsford, BC.
