Phyllis Evelyn, born August 20, 1918 in Qualicum Beach, BC, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2005 at the MSA Hospital at age 87 years. Phyllis is survived by her caring compassionate son Leonard with whom she shared many blessed and wonderful years. Phyllis and Leonard formed an extremely dynamic bond that helped them navigate a lot of life’s obstacles. At the base of their bond stood Faith, Love and Trust. Also survived by Phyllis is her grandson Derek Kogstad; son-in-law Victor Kogstad; brother-in-law Alex Raddysh, sister-in-law Victoria Raddysh and sister-in-law Mary Raddysh. She was pre-deceased by her parents Parker and Rose Belyea; her sisters Elsie Reid and Dorothy Robertson; her beautiful daughter Rosemarie Kogstad and the true love of her life, her husband John Raddysh.
