ZACHARIAS, Peter
Peter Zacharias passed away into the presence of his Lord on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at the Tabor Home at the age of 78. He was born on December 19, 1930 in Trubutzkoj, Ukraine and immigrated to British Columbia in April, 1957.
He is survived by his loving and faithful wife, Mary, of 50 years; son, Peter (Lori); daughter, Helen (Harold Neufeld); daughter, Hilda (Kevin Defoe); daughter, Linda (Greg Schmidt); son, Walter (Ivete); and eleven grandchildren. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, March 12 at 1:00 p.m. at King Road MB Church, 32068 King Road, Abbotsford. Interment to follow at Maclure Road Cemetery with a reception at King Road MB Church following the interment.
