Peter William Silbernagel, born October 3, 1950 in Langley, BC, died peacefully March 25, 2007 in Daysland, Alberta after a brief yet dignified fight with cancer.

Survived by his loving wife and friend Glynis nee Lowe; cherished daughter: Lena (John) Sterne and adored grandchildren: Hannibal, Maximillion, Constantine, and Temujin. Peter is also survived by his mother Florence; sisters; Lorraine (Don) Reimer; Doreen Brade; Mary (Henry) Gorman; Norma Raffle and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Peter loved life to the fullest, he was always ready to try something new. He was friendly, outgoing and generous. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, or a timely piece of advice. He had a Wonderful sense of humour and loved to tease those that he cared about. Peter had the ability to make good friends where ever he went and he will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Peter's Life will be held at the Fort Langley Lion's Hall on Saturday July 7, 2007 starting at 4:30 pm. A donation to the Canadian Cancer Society in Peter's memory will be appreciated.
