Peter P.
Pete went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 22, 2005, at the age of 91. He was born on February 1, 1914 near Rosenort, Manitoba, where he grew up on the family farm with his twin sister Katherine, brothers Arthur, Harvey and Dave, and sisters Luella and Hildegarde. Dave is his only remaining sibling. Peter never married; he is however survived by a large extended family of nephews and nieces, their children, and their children’s children in turn (Pete was a great, great uncle many times over!).
Among many other things, Pete became the “official” family
photographer, and has been sorely missed since he could no longer participate in family gatherings.
A memorial service will be held for Pete at the Sevenoaks Alliance Church on Saturday, August 13, 2005 at 2:00 pm. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Sevenoaks Alliance Missionary Fund.
