Osamu passed away peacefully Sept. 9, 2004 at the age of 59 years.
Lovingly remembered by son Yosh, daughter Teiya, wife Annette, brothers Kazuhiro and Hiroshi. He will also be remembered by his friends, colleagues, students and members of the Japanese-Canadian community in BC and Canada.
An honouring of Osamu’s life and contribution will be held at the Vancouver Japanese United Church, 4010 Victoria Dr., Vancouver, BC on Sun., Sept. 19, 2004 at 6:00 pm
