WILSON, Norm
1919-2009
Passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2009, a happy man knowing he would be living on as a Father, Stepfather, Brother, Husband, Great Grandfather and Grandpa. Norm lived a full life predeceased by his first wife Lydia (Grandma) in 2001 and was lucky enough to find love again with Ellie. A sporting fan through and through with his beloved Canucks winning the last game he saw, some of his final words being happy ones "They won!" As well as being a keen sports fan, his full life always included his love of playing sport with his skills and competitive spirit coming to the fore in many sports including the horseshoe tournaments at Hatzic Lake, his bowling nightto his nine "holes in one" during his time on the golf course. Fit and Strong was his personality as well as physically during his life. Our small family couldn't always be together but Norm, Dad, Grandpa, was the central figure that tied us together. He leaves a hole in our lives but our hearts FULL of love and a thousand happy memories. We love you Grandpa, say hi to Grandma for us.

Grandpa wasn't much on ceremony or making a fuss so a small private affair will be held to have a salute in his honour and celebrate the man that was Norm Wilson. If you would like to send flowers, he would have appreciated a donation to the MS Society instead
