Milo passed away peacefully at Ridge Meadows Hospital, Maple Ridge, on January 17, 2007 at the age of 83 years.
Sagmoen's wife Cherry (Hughina) of 60 years, passed away April 24, 2006. Milo is predeceased by his parents Lena and Martin. He was the last of their children (six brothers and two sisters) to pass. Milo is survived by his children, Ines, Wayne (Evelyn), Scott (Wendy), eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Milo was born in Chauvin, Alberta on September 1, 1923. He enlisted in the army January 29, 1943 and was a veteran of World War II. His life revolved around his family. He will be sorely missed.
Memorial service to be held at 2:00 pm, January 29, 2007 in the Arbor Chapel at Valleyview, 14660 72nd Ave., Surrey, BC.
