Mervyn Clifford Stack passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2005 at Ridge Meadows Hospital at the age of 78 years. He was predeceased by his daughter Donna.
Merv will be lovingly remember ed by his wife Ann; sons David, Andrew (Beth) and Dean; daughters Dionn Anzulovich and Deborah (Andrzej) Krysciak; grandchildren Lisa (Morgan) Thomas, Jonathan, Justina, Chanel, Paul, Aiden and Avery; great-grandchildren Danika and Mason; brother Donald (Joan); sisters Dorothy (Jack) Scott and Colleen Mack; sister-in-law Bette; several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
A Memorial Service will take place on Wednedsay, August 3, 2005 at 2:00 pm at Northside Community Church, 33507 Dewdney Trunk Road, Mission, BC, with Pastor Ron Redekop officiating. If desired, donations in Merv’s memory may be made to the Northside Community Church Building Fund or the Gideons.
