Mary E. Svensson (nee Peterson) passed away unexpectedly at home on Sept. 1, 2007 at the age of 81.
She leaves her devoted husband Herbert, son Frank, sister Phyllis, brother Edward and many other relatives.
Mary was born in Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan and moved to Vancouver where she worked at St. Paul’s Hospital and later at Shaughnessy Hospital until retirement. She was quite active in many activities such as choir, piano playing, bowling and travelling.
Mary will be fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 7, 2007 at 3:00 pm at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford.
