JANZEN - Marjorie (nee Funk) passed into the presence of her Lord on May 25, 2009 after a 5 month battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her first husband Allen Edward Drebert in 1970, and by two brothers Richard and Herman Funk. She is survived by her loving husband Helmut Janzen, sons Jim (Rosalind) Drebert and Doug (Marilyn) Drebert; four grandchildren Mark, Paul, Michael and Brian Drebert, sister Ethel Peterson, and 2 brothers Jack Franklin and James Franklin. She is also survived by 8 step-children, 13 step grandchildren and 7 step great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 31 from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Monday, June 1st at 1:00 p.m. in Bakerview MB Church, 2285 Clearbrook Rd., Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers, donations made in her memory to the M.C.C. would be appreciated.
