MIDAN Marguerite Frances "Bobbie" passed away in Mission BC on June 23, 2008. She was predeceased by her husband Bill in 1987. Bobbie is survived by her four children, Virginia, Kent (Okja), Gerry and Ron (Kathryn). She was a much loved Nannie to Kathy-Lynn, Wade (Lisa), Craig, Melissa (Reg), Megan, Mark (April), Laura and Andrea "Corky." She was also Great Nannie to Colton and Myden.
Bobbie was born in Vancouver on February 2, 1918. Together with her husband Bill, she raised her family in Maple Ridge. Bobbie moved to Mission following Bill's death so that she could be closer to her family. In her later years, she was a resident of Grand Street Lodge and most recently Pleasant View Care Home.
Bobbie was a loving wife, devoted mother and cherished friend. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Her family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation for the compassionate care she received in the Special Care Unit at Pleasant View.
Service for Bobbie will be held at Maple Ridge Funeral Home, 11969-216th St., Maple Ridge on Friday July 4, 2008 at 1:00PM
