Sep 12, 1959 - Nov 17, 2017
Lorraine Feischl passed away peacefully on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital, surrounded by her children and loved ones.

Lorraine was born in Vancouver on September 12, 1959 to parents Synnove and Leo Lemoine. She grew up in North Vancouver, and later moved to Langley where she attended high school and met many of her lifelong friends.

On February 1st, 1987, she married Herb Feischl followed by the birth of their first child Mikael, and daughter Caroline to follow. Lorraine's adult years were spent in Bradner where she touched the lives of many people. Lorraine was a restauranteur for most of her life, but being the mother to her children was her greatest accomplishment. She lived for her family and friends.

Lorraine leaves behind her children Mikael and Caroline, husband Herb, her mother Synnove, and siblings Derek, Linda, Brent, Larry, Donald. As well as Clairice and twins Elizabeth and Richard.

Lorraine fought a courageous battle with cancer and we would like to offer our sincere thanks to the nurses and staff in the palliative complex care unit of the hospital and to the Abbotsford Hospice Society for their wonderful care.

Before passing, Lorraine wanted to share how grateful she was for her supportive, loving family and friends.

She was grateful for the life she got to live and wanted to thank all of her family and friends for being a part of her wonderful life.

Lorraine will forever be remembered an amazing and loving mother, daughter, sister, wife and friend.

A service will be held at St. Matthews Anglican Church in Abbotsford (2010 Guildford Drive) on December 2nd at 1:30 PM, with a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations in Lorraine's name to the Abbotsford Hospice Society (https://www.abbotsfordhospice.org/) or the Angiosarcoma Project (http://www.cureasc.org/)
