OVERLAND, Lawrence
Our dear father, Lawrence Overland, born November 24, 1916, passed into the presence of his Savior peacefully in his own home in the early hours of August 9th, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his wife Victoria, he is survived by his six children; Wayne (Gail), Margaret (Ron), Roger (Margie), Joyce (Ross), Marilyn (Jess), Carol (Doug); 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Ella and Marjorie, and a brother, Jack.
Funeral will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 14, at his church home, Abbotsford Evangical Free Church, 33218 Marshall Road. Lawrence will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him and deeply missed by his family. Special thanks to the Fraser Health palliative care team, Dr. Dueck, and the staff and friends at the Menno Pavillion.
