LOWTHER Johanna ( nee Janzen)
of Port Moody died January 13th 2010 in the Port Moody Hospice. She was 5 when she came to BC from Alberta with her family. The family of 8 settled on Short Rd. She completed grade 13 at M.E.I. and then trained at VGH 1955-58. She married Bill Lowther and they have 2 grown sons James and Jay. She is greatly mourned by Bill and sons;alos immediate family, sisters Helen and Lorie (Ted), Charlotte (Peter), brother Jake (Betty), as well as numerous in-laws. She was predeceased by her parents and sister Hilda. A memorial service will be held on January 20th at 11am at First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 602 Kingsway St, Vancouver BC.
