Johann "John" Jansen

Johann "John" Janzen, beloved husband, father and great grandfather, passed away peacefully into the presence of his Lord on August 31, 2019 at the age of 90 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years Betty Janzen, his children; Kenneth (Gloria) Janzen, Douglas (Claudia) Janzen, Raymond Janzen, Leonard (Margot) Janzen and Cheryl (Bevan) Janzen, grandchildren; Jennifer, Stephanie, Kirsten, Courtney, Leana, Solomon, Zacharry and Eliza, and great-grandchildren; Parker, Alexander; Brigham, Huxley, and Espen; Sye, Tage, Rime and Malcolm. He is also survived by his brother, Bill Janzen and sisters, Mary Voth and Sara Klassen as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. John was predeceased by his first wife of 46 years, Anne Janzen (Thiessen), parents Peter and Helena Janzen and siblings; Peter, Helena, Susanna, Eva, Margaret, Abraham and Jake.
Please join us for a celebration of his life to be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford on Saturday, September 7, at 2 pm.
