Joan Phyliss
June 30, 1939 - Sept. 23, 2006
Joan passed away peacefully at the Christine Morrison Hospice, Mission, BC after a lengthy Âbattle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Amos “Shane”; their daughters Kimberly (Steve), Pamela (Mike), and Shirley; son Melvin and grandchildren Sarah, Eric and Alannah. Joan is rememberÂed by family and friends for her passion, energy and commitment to the community. She will be dearly missed.
At Joan’s request, there will be no funeral service.
A private interment will be held at Musselwhite Cemetery, Abbotsford, BC. Donations can be made in Joan’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
