Jim peacefully finished his life’s journey on September 3, 2007. Dad will be missed greatly and remembered for his love of family, his giving of himself for those who needed help and for his jovial spirit and great sense of humor.
Dad leaves behind his loving wife Ursula, of 52 years; 4 sons: His Jim (Jenny), Robert (Lorri), Randy (Melody) and Michael; 6 grandchildren: Kristen (Craig) Takahashi, David, Cole, Tayler, Brandon and Kayla; and 2 great-grandchildren: Bryce and Kendra Takahashi. Jim also leaves behind his brother Bruno and sisters Mary, Ann and Olive as well as many other relatives and many friends.
A Celebration of life will take place on Friday, Sept. 7 at 11:00 a.m. at New Life Christian Reformed Church 35270 Delair Road Abbotsford, B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dad’s memory can be made to St. Paul’s Hospital CSICU.
