Born October 18, 1923 passed into the arms of his Lord on April 7, 2007 while vacationing in Mexico. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 54 years, Joan, his children, grandchildren, Âbrothers and sisters and many close friends, both in the Fraser Valley area, Ontario and Oahu.
Jack was born in Baldwin, Ontario and met the love of his life, Joan in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Jack and Joan were married in Nelson, BC and over the past 54 years have lived in Salmo, Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Deroche and Mission, BC. For the past ten years, Jack and Joan have resided in Mission where they were both active in many church functions. Before retiring in 1984, Jack was a long time employee of the Downtown Parking Corporation in Vancouver.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 am, at the Church of God, located at 8134 Hyde Street, Mission on Friday, May 11, 2007. All who knew and loved Jack are welcome.
