Irene passed away peacefully on June 18, surrounded by family and friends.
She is survived by her brothers Tom and Clifford Yamelst; her children Violet Kirkpatrick, Joyce Gommert, Herman Giebler, Robert Giebler and Lisa Timmerman; grandchildren Tara, Jeff, Jessica and Tia; great-grandson Alex.
Irene was a very spunky lady with a heart of gold and a great sense of humour. She will be greatly missed.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, June 23, 1 pm. at her home.
