Herbert Steele, born in Vancouver BC April 13, 1932, passed away peacefully at MSA Hospital, Abbotsford, BC on May 6, 2006. Left to miss him sadly are his wife Marg Webb; his daughters Rochelle Steele of Kamloops, BC, Karen (Vic) Daku of Abbotsford, BC; son Kevin ( Heather) Steele of Langley, BC and his stepchildren Paul (Diana) Webb of Sundre, AB, Dan (Brenda) Webb of Chilliwack, BC, and Laura (Bob) Edgar of Chetwynd, BC. There are also 21 grandchildren who will be missing grandpa, along with 2 sisters Elsie (Bill) Hull of Boundary Bay, BC, Linda (Louie) Laslo of Mission, BC and 2 brothers Dave Steele of Abbotsford, BC and Alex (Marlene) Steele of Mission, BC.
No service by request. Family and friends had a gathering on Monday May 8 to remember Herb. Donations may be made to the BC Heart and Stroke Foundation in his memory.
