Henry H. Boldt died on November 15, 2019. He was born on February 20, 1923 in Alexanderfeld, South Russia and immigrated to Canada in 1926. He grew up in La Salle, Winnipeg and Yarrow. He and his wife Lydia settled in St. Catharines, Ontario where he was lead hand in the parts department at General Motors for 34 years. After retirement they moved to Abbotsford. Henry leaves behind two daughters and their husbands, six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, two brothers and their wives, two sisters-in-law, and numerous other family. He was predeceased by his wife, Lydia (2008), his parents and three siblings. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him. A memorial will be held for him on December 2nd at 2:00 pm at Bakerview Church in Abbotsford. Donations on his behalf may be made to Mennonite Central Committee.
