Hardeep (Sunny) Bassi was born on December 27, 1984 in Mission, B.C. Hardeep was unexpectedly taken away from us on July 14, 2004. Our son, brother, and friend walked away into the sunset after only 19 years. Hardeep was the youngest son of Jaswant and Joginder Bassi and only brother to Parveen. He will always be remembered for his courageous heart, his winning personality and that charismatic smile that not only won your hearts, but your trust too. God gave Sunny to us for only a short time, but left us with memories that we will hold in our hearts forever. He will always be here and will always be shining down on us.
He was a man with a heart like no other who has left his mark on the lives of all those he touched. Sunny was a protective and loving brother. He looked out for everyone, whether you were a friend or a stranger. There are no words to explain what a wonderful and loving person he was. Sunny is loved and early missed by his family and friends. We take peace and comfort in knowing that he was loved and cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
