YOUNG, Grant H.
Mr. Grant H. Young of Mission, BC, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2010 at the age of 63 in his home.
Born in Edmonton, Alberta on July 8, 1947, Grant resided in Mission, BC for 31 years. He is survived by his children, Heather (Adam, Marrisa) Kemp and Nicholas Young. He is also survived by two sisters and a brother. Grant spent thirty six years working for BC Hydro. For the last thirtheen years he had been working for the Electrical Industry Training Institute as an instructor; a position he took great pride in. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was especially fond of going for coffee with his neighbour or working around his yard. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Myrtle, his brother Thomas and his son, David.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Tea Room of Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford, BC.
