Gertrude (nee Voth) passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on December 5th, 2002 in her 89th year.
She is predeceased by her husband Henry, sons Danny, Bob and Rick.
Gertrude will be lovingly remembered by her children Marguerite (Jacob) Sawatzky, Lena (Art) Friesen, Frank (Trudy) Peters, Nancy (Peter) Rahn, Jack Peters & Ron Peters. Beloved grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Survived by many nieces aned nephews.
Viewing will be held in the Fireside Room at Bakerview Mennonite Brethren Church, 2285 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford from 10:30 a.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. Reverend Peter Harms will be officiating. Interment at Valley View Memorial Gardens, 14660 72nd Avenue, Surrey at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the M.C.C. would be gratefully received.
