Frank COBB

Frank passed away on January 6, 2005. He was born in Portsmouth, England on February 6, 1924. In 1958 the family immigrated to Canada. He lived in Oliver, Vancouver, Mission and finally Abbotsford.

He is survived by his loving wife Stella of 56 years, one son Graham (Elena), one daughter Margaret (Norm), grandchildren: Derek (Jennifer), Nicole, Tracy, Michelle (Dan) and Stephen (Veronica); great granddaughter Avery, and many relatives in BC, Alberta, England and Australia.

He will be sadly missed by everyone. He will be remembered for his joking around and dedication for helping people. His motto in life was "if you can help someone, do it". He was active with Lawn Bowling in Mission and Abbotsford. Frank served in the British Army in WWII; he was stationed in Burma, India.

A memorial service will be held at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road (at Sumas Way), Abbotsford at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 11, 2005.
