COLEMAN, EVELYN
Evelyn (nee Hamblin) passed away peacefully in the presence of her Lord November 14, 2008 at the age of 89.
Evelyn was born in North Dakota but was raised in Leroy, SK and moved to BC in the 1940's, where she lived mainly in Mission, Maple Ridge and Prince George before retiring to Abbotsford in the early 1980's. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband Stuart in 1986.
Evelyn will be lovingly remembered, not only by her children, Bev Henderson and Ron Coleman both of Abbotsford, her siblings Esther Creuzot of Prince George, Marion Coleman of Port Moody, Lucille Morrison of Burnaby, Ethel Davies of Abbotsford, Virgil Hamblin of San Diago, CA and Orville Hamblin of Prince George, as well as two grandchildren, Monique Vernerey of Mission and Shane Coleman of Abbotsford and four great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was a long time member of Seven Oaks Alliance Church. A Memorial Service was held at the Chapel of the Menno home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to World Vision.
