Mrs. Ethel Margorie Riesterer, late of Abbotsford, BC passed away on October 7, 2004 at the age of 92 at Bevan Lodge, Abbotsford, BC.
She leaves to mourn, her son Charlie Riesterer, daughters Margaret Bennett and Catherine Wellington, granddaughters Christine Bennett, Carol Scheidl, Colleen Harrington, great-grandson Brandon Urdahl, and great-granddaughter Robyn Scheidl.
She was predeceased by her husband Ernest Riesterer on March 9, 1985.
She was very fond of animals. Her hobbies were music, painting, gardening, and her pets.
Ethel graduated as a registered nurse from Royal Columbian Hospital and took a post-
graduate course in Chicago. She worked in New Westminster, Nelson, and Surrey, BC.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Oct. 14, 2004 at 1:30 pm at Henderson’s Funeral Home. Rev. James Wagner officiating.
