Elvina Martens was born on April 11, 1925 in Fairview, OK, USA, to Cornelius and Louise Martens. She was called to her heavenly home February 3, 2004 while a patient at the St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver, BC.
She was predeceased by her parents Cornelius and Louise, brother Henry and his wife Helen, and brother Edward and brother-in-law Ira Koop. Elvina will be lovingly remembered by sister Agnes (John) Koop, brother Cornelius (Patricia), siser Louise Koop, sister-in-law Elizabeth, and a number of nephews and nieces. Viewing takes place at the Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd. on Monday, February 9, 2004 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 from Central Heights MB Church.
