Dorothy Florence Dixon, nee Barton, late of the Menno Home, Abbotsford passed away peacefully May 8, 2004. Dorothy was born in Chilliwack, B.C. on March 21, 1920.
She is survived by her husband Allen Harvey Dixon of 58 years, son Terrence Allan Dixon (Judy), and grandson Stephen Allan Dixon. Predeceased by her daughter Patricia Louise Dixon in 1998. A graduate from UBC with a degree in microbiology. Dorothy infused her family with an inquiring mind and a love of wildlife and the outdoors. The family resided in various places; New Westminster, Victoria, Prince George, Sheradon Lake, Kamloops, and Abbotsford. Dorothy will be fondly remembered.
