It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Donald Rowland Lloyd, a loving and precious father, brother, uncle and friend. Born on July 9, 1921 in Forestgate, London England, he passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on November 28, 2007 with his loving family by his side. Don was predeceased by his loving wife and friend Nellie, brother Tony, and special brother in law Wally. Don will be deeply missed by his daughter Meta, niece Donna (George), niece Shannon (Dave), sister in law Doris and family, very close family Andy, Vicki, Aiden, Leighton and Crystal, and many other friends and relatives. Left to mourn in England, sister Nancy, niece Cris (Gary), cousin Pam (Theo) and special friend Angela.
Celebration of Life to be held on Wednesday December 5, 2007 at 1:00 pm at the Trinity Memorial Church. 3373 Hazlewood Street, Abbotsford, BC. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cancer Society or the Abbotsford SPCA.
