1936 to October 20, 2020 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital.
Diane had 84½ mostly good years. She was a lively, intelligent conversationist and a rock steady friend. A prolific reader she was well informed on a wide range of topics and had very strong opinions on many.
She liked painting, writing, psychology - which she used to excellent effect in preparing her popular astrology profiles - as well as music. She had a first-class talent for understanding what motivated people and together with her French-English heritage this made her the fine Canadian citizen that she was.
Diane enjoyed travel, touring much of Europe, the Caribbean & Tahiti - but would have liked to do more.
Widowed at a young age she never had children and this was her biggest regret. A modern, ambitious woman Diane earned her university degree mostly online winning an honours standing (Fine Arts) at 50 years of age.
She will be sorely missed by her brothers, sister, nieces, nephews and friends who reside from Montreal to Vancouver to Williamsburg, Virginia.
A celebration of her life will take place this spring at Côte-des-Neiges Cemetery in Montreal where she will be interred next to her grandmother.
