Diana was born in Rock Ferry, England on April 16, 1942 into the home of her parents Kris and Edith Saether. She left her earthly home in the early morning of Saturday, August 7, 2004 and entered into the joy of her Lord.
She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Richard Brandsma; mother Edith Saether at the Cottage Hospital; brother Michael Saether of Abbotsford and his children Kris, Steven, and Karen.
She was predeceased by her father Kris Saether in 1967.
Diana devoted herself to a life of ministry; whether home, family, charities, career, church, choirs, Sunday School, and many, many friendships. Each person was special. She lived by this Bible verse: Commit your way unto the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.
Interment at Hazelwood Cemetery. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Abbotsford Evangelical Free Church on Ware Street and Marshall Road.
