Derek - born July 7, 1989 passed away peacefully November 4, 2008 at home with his family by his side.
His memory will live on in the hearts of his loving family; his father Scott and Lisa; his mother Corina; his siblings Dylan, Deanna, Hayden and Jeni; his Oma, Grandma and Grandpa Bridal, Grandma and Grandpa Mason; many aunts, uncles, cousins; his loving girlfriend Brandee and many friends.
The family would like to give thanks to those who offered their support and love to Derek, both in life and after his passing. Thank you to Dr. Potter; Dr. Hobson; the Mission Palliative Care nurses and Jake for all your help and support. A celebration of Derek's life will be held Monday, November 10 at 2:00 p.m. at Cascade Community Church, 35190 Delair Road, Abbotsford.
