David Albert Sanders, born October 1, 1925, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away January 12, 2004 after a battle with cancer. He married his wife and best friend, Judy and raised three daughters - Connie, Karrie (Dale) and Cindi (Warren). He was blessed with five grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Derek, Shane, Max, Keegan and Cairo.
Throughout his life he was very proud of both his careers - he was with International Harvester Trucks for 32 years and a Real Estate agent in Abbotsford for 18 years. He also enjoyed coaching and participating in various sports as well as his association with the Masonic Lodge and the Eastern Star. A warm and outgoing man, he leaves behind his many friends whom he loved and respected.
The family would like to thank his friends and relatives for their care and support over the last difficult months. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cancer Research Foundation or the Diabetes Association, if so desired.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2004 at 2 p.m. at Trinity Memoiral United Church, 33737 Hazel St., Abbotsford, B.C. V2S 2M4
