Cornelia Maria (nee Van Nes)
Born in Rijsoord, The Netherlands, March 29, 1913. Passed away peacefully on October 3, 2005 at Lakeshore Care Centre, Coquitlam, BC. Survived by her husband of almost 60 years (October 10, 1945) Sybe Pals; predeceased by son, Keith Pals (Nelli) and first grandchild, Joel Pals. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Joanne and Volkert Van Hove, Jack and Rose Pals, Trudy and Ron Matheson, as well as nephew Jack and Valerie Pals, 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and extended family.
Corry loved her years of nursing, both in Holland and in St. Mary’s Hospital in New Westminster, BC, praying faithfully for her children and grandchildren, and caring deeply for her many friends.
Celebration of her Life will be held Friday, October 7, 2005 at 11:00 am, Immanuel Covenant Reformed Church at the Seventh Day Adventist Church facility, 1921 Griffith Avenue, Abbotsford, B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations to World Vision would be appreciated.
