Chase passed away with his loving parents by his side. Predeceased by his grandparents, Randy & Wendy Baker.
Chase is survived by his parents Jason & Crystal Warner, grandparents Glen & Heather Warner, Auntie Jennifer (Jan), Auntie Sharleen (Eric), seven cousins and numerous other loved relatives which are too many to list. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb 6th at 10:00 am at Henderson's funeral home in Abbotsford. Chase will be greatly missed by his parents and family. He may not have been with us long but he will not be forgotten.
