Beverley (Stohrer) SIMPKIN

December 19, 2004

Beverley (Stohrer)

It is with heavy hearts, the family of Beverley announce her peaceful passing away on December 19, 2004.

Beverley fought a short but courageous battle with lung cancer. She was lovingly cared for at home by her daughter, Tonya. She will be sadly missed by her son, Jeremy (Kerry and family) of Cranbrook. Survived by her parents, Kurt and Jean Stohrer of Chilliwack. Dearly remembered by her sister, Helen (Joe, Laurie and family) of Mission; and her brother, Kurt (Trina and family) of Langley and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Bev was born in Langley on March 11, 1954. Beverley was a hard worker in the nursery business. She enjoyed camping, especially at Stave Lake. She was NOT a “material girl” but was generous with the little she had. She loved the stars and has now taken her place amongst them.

A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, January 9, 2005 between 1 and 4 pm at Silverhill Hall, 31085 Silverhill Road, Mission.

"Remember me

with smiles and laughter

for that is how I will

remember you all.

If you can only remember me

with tears,

then don't remember me at all."
