Arthur Theodore, born in Mission, BC, November 21, 1936. Died November 22, 2005 at Abbotsford, BC at the age of 69 years. Predeceased by his parents Gwendolyn and Torkel, and his brother Gordon Listad. Arthur leaves to mourn his wife of 46 years Sharon, daughters; Leah (Guy) Amighetti, Christine (Charles) Hamilton, granddaughter Rachel, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ken and Mabel McDermid, also survived by nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
A gentle wind blew cross the land,
reaching out to take a hand.
For on the winds the angels came,
calling out a fathers name.
Loving memories of the years
of joy & love, a life well spent
and now to God, a fathers sent.
On angels wings a heavenly flight,
the journey home towards the light.
To those who weep, a life is gone.
But in God's love, tis but the dawn.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, November 26, 2005 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 3845 Gladwin Rd., Abbotsford. Pastor David Hilderman officiating. Cremation. If desired memorial donations in lieu of flowers to the charity of your choice gratefully appreciated.
