Arthur (Art) KOCSAR
Aug. 11, 1925 - July 24, 2009
Art Kocsar passed into the presence of the Lord on Friday, July 24 at the age of 83. He was born on August 11, 1925 near Lethbridge, Alberta, was later raised in Hungary and returned to Canada at the age of 19. Art is deeply missed by his loving family including Nelly, his wife of almost 45 years, his five children Andrew (Cheryll), Sherry, Mark (Joanne), Ben (Carol), Tim (Sara), eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Arthur is also survived by his sister Sariko of Calgary, Alberta and sister Linszi of Hungary. A memorial service for Arthur will be held at Trinity Christian Reformed Church, 3215 Trethewey Street, Abbotsford, BC on Thursday July 30, 2009 at 1:00 PM. Viewing will be held at the same church on Wednesday July 29 from 7:00 - 8:30 PM. Art's family wishes to thank Dr. Richard Welsh and the staff of the Abbotsford Regional and Menno Hospitals for the excellent care they provided to Art.
