Ann Adrian, Sept. 1928 - April 2014
Ann Adrian passed quietly away into the arms of her Heavenly Father on Monday, April 7, 2014 after a brief illness. Ann is survived by her loving husband Henry;children, Verna, Heather,Eleanor, Ron, Jim, Rick and spouses; 18 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Ann was a loving wife, good mother, much loved sister and sister-in-law. She was a playful person, and loved all her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren dearly. They were the flowers in her garden, and she rejoiced in their beauty as she watched them grow.
Ann was trained as an LPN before her marriage to Henry, and this proved very helpful as they raised their busy family. In her long and energetic lifetime, Ann was a Pioneer Girl's Leader, sang in a gospel trio, and taught Sunday School. She liked basketball, scrabble, quilting, playing guitar, gardening, crafts, and so much more. She even hiked the West Coast Trail and Mt. Cheam with her friend Katie and their teenage sons. Ann was a good "running mate" beside Henry, her husband of 61 years, and helped in his lifetime work of building. Ann will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. We love you. We miss you.
Funeral Service to take place on Saturday, April 12 at 1:00 pm at Northside Community Church, 33507 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Mission BC.
